BUYER QUESTIONS
Seasonings & coating mixes FAQs.
Can you coordinate a fried chicken marinade and coating system?
Yes. Share the chicken format, preparation method, frying equipment, target taste and holding time. Marinade and coating samples are evaluated together, with formulas, dosage and acceptance criteria recorded before ordering.
Are beef-flavor or other savory powders free from animal ingredients?
A flavor name does not establish ingredient origin. Tell us your ingredient restrictions so the actual formula and supporting manufacturer information can be reviewed before a product is proposed.
Can the coating texture, color or heat be adjusted?
Adjustment requests are assessed with the manufacturer. Supply a reference and your preparation method; development scope, sample rounds, minimum runs and charges are agreed for the project.
Can I buy retail packs and foodservice bags?
State the net weight, container or bag type, units per carton and quantity per recipe. Available packing, printing minimums and production quantities are confirmed in the written quotation.
Do all coating mixes suit the same cooking process?
No. A formula should be evaluated with the intended food, equipment and preparation method. The sample approval record should include mixing ratio, application steps and the finished-product result.
