BUYER QUESTIONS
Sauces & seasonings FAQs.
What do you need to quote Korean sauces or gochujang?
Send the sauce type or reference sample, intended use, ingredient restrictions, quantity, pack size and destination. NexusPoint coordinates suitable partner-factory options, sample review and a quotation identifying the agreed product specification and commercial terms.
Can you help develop a sauce under our own brand?
We can assess a private-label or formula-adjustment request with potential manufacturers. Formula ownership, development work, packaging, minimum runs and approval steps are agreed for the project.
Are all sauces suitable for room-temperature storage?
No. Suitability depends on the formula, manufacturing process, packaging and supporting shelf-life evidence. We request product-specific information before presenting a shelf-stable proposal.
Can I request dry seasoning or coating mixes as well as sauces?
Yes. Share the application, required flavor, ingredients, preparation method and packaging. The proposed formula, manufacturing scope and sample plan are reviewed separately for each product.
What is the minimum order quantity for private-label sauces or seasonings?
There is no single MOQ across the range. Formula batch size, packaging, print runs and quantity per flavor affect the proposal. Share the first order and expected repeat volume.
Can you provide samples before a commercial order?
Sample type, quantity, preparation charges and freight are confirmed after the brief is reviewed. A tasting sample helps approve the product; it does not replace the agreed document review or batch checks.
Can you supply sauces for the United States, Canada or Mexico?
Requests are assessed for the exact formula, manufacturer, packaging and destination. Before ordering, the buyer identifies the importer and agrees the required documentation, label review and shipment responsibilities.
