Orders may be placed with our China or U.S. company, as agreed for your purchase. Your quotation confirms the selling company, payment details and delivery responsibilities before you place an order.
Our team works from Qingdao to coordinate factory assessment, a written product brief, sample and document review, comparable quotations, and order and shipment follow-up. The buyer approves the product specification and commercial terms; the manufacturer, seller, importer and each party’s responsibilities are identified in the agreed documents.
Yes. Importers, distributors, HORECA wholesalers and brands can submit a destination-specific brief. The actual product, manufacturer evidence, labels, cold chain, importer and shipping responsibilities are reviewed for each market before an order is confirmed.
We trade and source food under the NexusPoint brand. Our team coordinates from Qingdao, China, working with third-party manufacturers. The manufacturing site and seller are identified in the agreed project documents.
It means a manufacturer produces an agreed food product for your brand. The project may use an existing formula or involve development. Formula, packaging, ownership, minimum runs and approval steps are confirmed before commitment.
Our ten sourcing families are sauces and seasonings; chili and paprika; ginger, garlic and onion; frozen vegetables and fruit; peanuts and nuts; ice cream and frozen desserts; candy and bakery snacks; canned fruit and pickled vegetables; noodles and convenience foods; and fish and prepared seafood. Each series states whether it has reference supply or requires supplier development.
No. Conditions depend on the exact product and pack. Kimchi, ice cream and frozen produce require their own temperature-control review. Dehydrated garlic and onion need dry storage and moisture protection according to the supplier specification; do not apply one product’s storage specification to the whole range.
We quote after reviewing the product, current availability, pack size, volume, handling and destination. Sample charges, testing, packaging, delivery terms and included coordination are set out in the proposal.
No blanket certification is claimed. Requested certificates and reports are checked against the exact manufacturer, product, scope and validity. Destination requirements are reviewed before order confirmation.
Before ordering, the parties identify the importer and agree documentation, label review, customs clearance, freight and tax responsibilities. Sourcing or supply coordination does not automatically include an importer-of-record or U.S. FSVP importer role.
Identify the importer and agree product classification, ingredients, labels, documentation, freight and tax responsibilities before ordering. Product availability and a supplier certificate are separate from destination approval.
Confirm the local importer, FoSIM arrangements, ingredients and label requirements. Preferential duty depends on the exact tariff code and qualifying origin documentation; any halal claim needs product-specific evidence.
Ministry of Health: Food import procedures ↗For herbs and spices, review the current food safety, labeling and import-control requirements. Determine the exact commodity code separately; a rule or duty rate for one preparation does not cover every product in its family.
UK Government: Importing herbs and spices ↗Check pesticide maximum residue levels for the exact crop or ingredient, alongside applicable contaminant limits and import controls. Laboratory evidence and manufacturer eligibility must match the product and destination requirements.
European Commission: Maximum residue levels ↗Use BICON to check the product, origin and processing method before shipment. Biosecurity conditions, food safety obligations and preferential tariff eligibility are separate checks.
DAFF: BICON import conditions ↗Review applicable facility registration, prior notice, labeling and importer obligations. FDA registration does not mean product approval; some acidified or low-acid canned foods have additional process-related requirements.
FDA: Importing Human Foods ↗Confirm the importer’s licensing, preventive controls and traceability arrangements, along with the food-specific and labeling requirements. The CFIA guide explains the importer’s responsibilities.
CFIA: Importing food to Canada ↗For prepackaged foods, review the applicable NOM-051 labeling requirements, including Spanish-language information and any required front-of-pack warnings. Confirm the current rules for the exact product and shipment.
