BEFORE WE START

Your questions,
answered.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

NexusPoint Global Inc. is a U.S.-registered trading and sourcing company. We work with third-party manufacturers, with Kevin based in China coordinating sourcing and orders.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on the product, material, customization and supplier. Send your requirements and we will confirm the available options.

Can I approve a sample before ordering?

Sample availability, cost, preparation time and shipping are confirmed for each product. Custom samples may involve artwork, tooling or setup charges.

How are prices and payment terms agreed?

Each quotation sets out product prices and included services, or a separate sourcing service fee where applicable. Samples, testing, freight and import charges are identified where applicable. Payment milestones are agreed before production; standard credit terms are not offered.

Can you arrange inspections and shipping?

Inspection scope, shipping options and Incoterms are agreed for each order. The quotation specifies responsibility for freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties and taxes. DDP is reviewed case by case.

Can you provide certifications or test reports?

Documents depend on the product, supplier, use and destination. Share your requirements before ordering so available evidence and any additional testing can be reviewed.
