Custom Paper Box Sourcing
We help buyers compare paper box options around the product they need to protect and present. Start with the contents, dimensions and packing method so suppliers can quote the same requirement.
What to include in your RFQ.
| Product and fit | Product dimensions, weight and reference images. Specify internal or external box dimensions to avoid fit errors. |
|---|---|
| Box structure | A dieline, sample or reference style. Explain the opening, closing and assembly method. |
| Board specification | Preferred board type, thickness or weight and required protection. Identify any proposed substitution. |
| Printing and finish | Artwork, colors, print sides, coating, foil, embossing and windows. |
| Inserts and packing | Dividers, inserts, protective materials and whether boxes ship flat or assembled. |
| Quantity and delivery | Quantity per size/design, destination, required date and intended-use documentation requirements. |
BEFORE YOU REQUEST A QUOTE
Product questions.
Can you help if I do not have a dieline?
Share product dimensions and a reference style. Design or structural sample work is scoped and priced before it starts.
Can the boxes contact food directly?
That use needs a separate material and destination-requirements review. A general paper box quotation does not establish food-contact suitability.
Can I approve a sample first?
Sample type, cost, timing and differences from final production must be confirmed with the supplier.
Start with a specification or reference.
Share your product, quantity and destination. We’ll assess the request and agree the next steps.
