Custom Printed Label Sourcing
A useful label quotation starts with the application, not just the artwork. Tell us what the label will attach to, how it will be applied, and the conditions it needs to withstand. We coordinate supplier quotations and sample arrangements against your requirements.
What to include in your RFQ.
| Application | Container or surface material, application temperature and storage conditions. These help suppliers assess material and adhesive suitability. |
|---|---|
| Size and shape | Finished dimensions, shape and a drawing or reference photo. |
| Material and finish | Face material, opacity, adhesive behavior and finish. State whether alternatives may be proposed. |
| Artwork and versions | Print-ready files, colors, barcode requirements and quantity for each design. |
| Supply format | Rolls or sheets; core size, maximum roll diameter, winding direction and applicator requirements. |
| Quantity and delivery | Quantity per version, delivery destination and required date. Separate the first order from repeat demand. |
BEFORE YOU REQUEST A QUOTE
Product questions.
Can labels be matched to an existing sample?
A sample can guide the quotation. Material, appearance, adhesive behavior and acceptable variation should be agreed separately.
Are the labels waterproof or suitable for cold storage?
Those requirements need product-specific review and, where appropriate, testing under the intended conditions.
Can several designs share one order?
Possibly. Send the quantity for each design; setup costs and minimum runs depend on the supplier and specification.
Start with a specification or reference.
Share your product, quantity and destination. We’ll assess the request and agree the next steps.
